The story follows a young man named Raul Chaser who trained tirelessly to become a hero. Right before his final exams, the Demon Empire collapsed and the hero program was suspended because heroes were no longer needed. Crushed and out of options, Raul takes a mundane retail job at a magical electronics store called Magic Shop Leon. His life is flipped upside down when a new part-time applicant walks through the door: the daughter of the deceased Demon Lord.
