Vistalizator is a specialized, free utility designed to change the display language in Windows Vista and Windows 7 editions that do not officially support language packs (such as Starter, Home Basic, and Home Premium). It allows users to install MUI (Multilingual User Interface) packages or Language Interface Packs (LIP) to switch the system interface to a desired language.
