The story follows Scott Wylde (Loren Avedon), an American college student and Tae Kwon Do expert who travels to Thailand to visit his girlfriend, Sulin. After Sulin is kidnapped by a group of thugs, Scott is framed for murder and must flee from the authorities. He teams up with his friend Mac Jarvis (Max Thayer) and a cynical helicopter pilot named Terry (Cynthia Rothrock) to infiltrate a Soviet-backed military camp in Cambodia where Sulin is being held.
