The archive mailbox provides a secondary storage area that appears alongside a user’s primary folders in Outlook. Sign in to the Exchange Admin Center. Go to Recipients > Mailboxes . Sign in to the Exchange Admin Center

Select the user, click the tab, and select Manage mailbox archive . Toggle Mailbox archive to On and save.

Use the command Enable-Mailbox -Identity -Archive to enable archiving for a specific user.
